Easy Pasta Salad Recipe

Who doesn't like a recipe that's easy and yummy around the holidays?  We all do!  This pasta salad is one I've been making for years and I hope you'll try it and like it as much as my family does.
Not only is it easy, but its pretty too.  I enjoy showing up at a get together with a pretty dish that everyone enjoys.  It doesn't hurt that its pretty good for you too.
I normally use the tri colored spirals, but I saw this Ronzoni Garden Delight pasta and decided to try it this time.

Zesty Italian Pasta Salad

1 12 oz box of vegetable noodles of your choice
1/2 of a medium green bell pepper - chopped
4-6 green onions - thinly sliced
2 medium Roma tomatoes - diced small
2 small cans of sliced black olives - drained
1 small can of mushroom pieces - drained
1 16 oz. bottle of Kraft Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - optional

Boil your pasta according to box directions.  Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.  In a large container with lid, add all ingredients to the pasta and mix well.  For best taste, chill in the refrigerator over night.  Stir before serving.
You can add grilled chicken, cheese cubes or just about any other fresh vegetable you have on hand too, but this is the recipe I use and everyone seems to love it!
If you're having a pot luck luncheon and you need something fast and easy to take, this is your recipe.  Please try it and let me know how much you and yours liked it!

It doesn't have to be done all at once.  It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time!
