Roasted Ranch Carrots

I found a new favorite side dish and  it is so delicious!  Roasted baby carrots made with homemade ranch mix. Yum!
These take about 5 minutes to toss together and then about 20 minutes to bake so its a pretty fast side you can add to any meal.
Homemade Ranch Seasonings without all the store bought additives, so much better for you!
My easy way to keep my hands clean and make less of a mess while preparing the baby carrots to roast.
Another little cheat way for more easy clean up, line your cookie sheet with foil for roasting!  I use this little  tip all the time!
Roasted Ranch Carrots

1 16oz bag of baby carrots, drained and dried
2 tblsp of olive oil

Ranch Seasoning Mix - Find my homemade mix HERE.
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Line a cookie sheet with foil.  Add your ranch mix seasonings in a small bowl and mix to combine.  Grab your gallon zip lock baggie and add your dried carrots, then add the olive oil and lastly the ranch mix.  Seal the baggie and toss until all the carrots are nicely coated.  Pour your carrots onto the foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until tender.  Serve immediately and Enjoy!

It doesn't have to be done all at once.  It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time!
