Installing FlexiMount Storage Racks in our Shop

Hello there!  We are still getting things set up in our new home!  Well, today's post is all about some organization for the hubs shop!

These FlexiMount Storage Racks are awesome!  You can find them right here in my Amazon Shop.
Obviously I staged this little scene, because he’s still bringing all his stuff from storage to fill up this space.

The metal racks you see here are called FlexiMounts and they are the perfect storage solution for his shop! He’ll be able to store lots of his tools or other items up there and they’ll be out of the way of where he’s working down below.
You can find these 24” x 48” racks like we have along with lots more options over at the FlexiSpot, website fleximounts.com.
The kit comes with everything you may need, with the exception of your hand tools, like a drill to install the hardware.
It also comes with a wall template and a small bubble level to insure you're installing your storage racks properly.
STEP 1: Using the template, mark the spots to install the lag bolts.
STEP 2: Using your drill, install the lag bolts provided in your kit.
STEP 3: Install the support arms. Tip, use a small magnet level to assure you're getting a level installation.
STEP 4: Place the shelves on the support arms and using the provided nuts, bolts and washers, secure them into place.  We used the allen wrench provided along with the wrench also provided to tighten each bolt and nut.
You can also use your power tools for a bit quicker installation. :)
These racks can be installed side by side like we installed ours, or you can stack them one over the other, or even stagger them side to side as well.  It's your choice.  However, if you choose to install them side by side as we did, the kit comes with a reinforced center support arm for more stability.
These racks are a heavy gauge powder-coated steel wire with highest quality hardware provided. It supports loading up to 440 lbs total. That's a lot of tools right there!
Now all we need is the rest of our shop stuff from the storage unit and we will be ready for more projects soon!

Let me know if you have any other questions I didn't answer here,

If you loved this idea and want to save it for later, be sure to pin it to your favorite Pinterest board.  I have a Pinterest board set up just for all things related to organization for our home and its called Organization and I'm pinning something new every day. Won't you join me?

GREAT NEWS!  I now have an Amazon Storefront!  If you ever want to purchase anything I'm showing you here, you can pop over to my shop and see what I've picked out for you! Click right here to visit.

It doesn't have to be done all at once.  It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time!
