Charcuterie Board for Two or More

Who's hungry?  If you need something simple to snack on while you’re waiting for your holiday feast to be ready, why not try this simple Charcuterie Board?  This one was created for two people, but you could just increase the amount of each food item to feed the number of people you'll be hosting.  These are easy to put together and very affordable. Nothing fancy or pricey here, just yummy finger foods that look beautiful together.
I used the following items on my board:

French Onion Dip
Cucumber
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Baby Carrots
Colby Jack Cheese
Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Varieties of Olives in Snack Size
Smoked Turkey Lunch Meat
Hard Salami Lunch Meat
Dried Apricots
Dried Cranberries
Dried Mango
Fruit and Nut Snack Mix
Wheat Thin Crackers
Fritos Corn Chips

I used my wooden cutting board because its what I had on hand, but check out this beautiful board that I found and I want to get.  Its ON SALE for less than $12!
This round one would make a wonderful gift too! So many sales right now!!!

This one, that's created for two, was put together in less than 10 minutes! What I like best about these snacks is, they're delicious and beautiful, but you don't have to spend lots of time to give your guest a yummy treat to enjoy while they wait for the main courses.
I started out with a sour cream based French onion dip, surrounded it with some fresh, bite sized veggies and then added my meats, cheeses, nuts, dried fruits, olives, crackers and chips. You can add any finger foods you want to your board, there really are no rules with these snack boards, just whatever you like the best.
Tip: I purchased snack sized olive packets for my "just for two" sized board.  If you're hosting a large crowd, you'd want to purchase full sized jars.
Tip:  Buy block cheese and cut into to slices or cubes to save yourself some $$$!
When my brother and I were kids, my Mama called these Smorgasbords. She would spread out a sheet on the living room floor and lay out a Smorgasbord of goodies we loved to eat. We used toothpicks to select our food and thought we were so fancy! My husband and I sometimes enjoy one of these boards on Saturday afternoons at home while watching movies.  It’s a fun and delicious treat!

Today we’re calling them Charcuterie Boards. It’s a slightly more fun and fancy name I suppose, but its still just as delicious!

If you loved this idea and want to save it for later, be sure to pin it to your favorite Pinterest board.  I have a Pinterest board all set up just for Yummy Eats Just for Two and I'm pinning something new every day. Won't you join me?

GREAT NEWS!  I now have an Amazon Storefront!  If you ever want to purchase anything I'm showing you here, you can pop over to my shop and see what I've picked out for you! Click right here to visit.

It doesn't have to be done all at once.  It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time!
