Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Today's recipe is VERY yummy! With that being said, my family says this looks gross!  I won't say what they call it, but just know, they do not leave any leftovers! *smile* So just in case it looks "gross" to you too, I promise its so good!
I found the recipe on Pinterest HERE and when I read the ingredients, I had to try it.  I've lost count of how many times I've made this dish.  It's so simple and like I said, it YUMMY!
These are the ingredients I use.  For some reason the onion powder is missing here. Ooopsie!

Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
2 chicken breasts (frozen)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can corn (un-drained)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix - Find my homemade Ranch mix HERE.
1 tblsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese

Place the frozen chicken in the crock pot then add the tomatoes, corn, black beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion powder and chili powder, stir to combine then top with the cream cheese.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice  to incorporate the cheese.  When tender, shred the chicken into pieces and serve over rice.  This amount serves 4.
If you happen to be home while this is cooking, your house will smell amazing and like me, you will be counting down the minutes until you can dish up a bowl and have some!

It doesn't have to be done all at once.  It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time!
